Team ($129/mo or $1,290/yr) — User Guide
Team is Pro's capture CRM shared across up to 5 people. Everyone works one board, and the activity log shows who did what. If you're new to the pipeline itself, read the Pro guide first.
Subscribing
- From Pricing, click Start 14-day trial under Team. Stripe checkout — $0 today, $129/mo (or $1,290/yr with the Annual toggle — 2 months free) after the trial, cancel anytime from Manage billing.
- The account that subscribes is the team owner. The pipeline belongs to the owner; members work on it. Subscribe with the person (or shared BD mailbox) that should own the data long-term.
Inviting your team
- Open Team in the nav (or Manage team on the Pipeline page).
- Enter a colleague's email and click Send invite. They get an email with a link valid for 7 days.
- If they don't have a GovScout account, the link creates one (they pick a password). If they do, they sign in and click Accept.
- You'll see them under Members. Remove a member or revoke a pending invite anytime. Team includes 5 seats including you.
How the shared pipeline works
- Members see the owner's Pipeline, Dashboard saved list, and can star new opportunities into it, drag cards, and edit pursuit details — exactly like the owner.
- Every stage move, field edit, and log entry records who did it in the card's Activity list — so a BD lead can see a PM moved a bid to Submitted, or who logged the CO call.
- Assign pursuits — each card has an Assigned to field; the Pipeline toolbar filters by Assigned to me, a specific teammate, orUnassigned. Assignees appear as a badge on cards and a column in List view.
- Members see a banner reminding them they're on a shared board.
- Deadline reminder emails and SAM registration expiry alerts go to the owner (the person accountable for the pipeline and the registration).
- AI drafts are shared: the team pool is 15 drafts a month, and any member can generate, edit, or export a draft on any pursuit — drafts save to the pursuit, so the BD lead can polish what a PM generated.
- Everyone on the team can open Incumbent intel on any pursuit — the shared board is where a BD lead flags "incumbent is 8(a) sole-source, expiring in 5 months" for the whole team.
- A member can leave a team from the Team page; their own account and any prior personal data are untouched.
Team workflow tips
- Assign lanes. One person owns construction NAICS, another services — each searches their lane and stars into the shared board.
- Use the log as your standup. "Add a log entry" on a card is faster than Slack — and it stays attached to the pursuit forever.
- Team is one company, one pipeline. If you run capture for several client companies you need a separate workspace per client — that's a different tier we're building; email hello@usegovscout.com and we'll let you know first.
- Export CSV monthly for the file, board deck, or whatever CRM the rest of the business runs.
Put your whole capture effort on one board.
