Terms of Service

1. Who we are
GovScout (usegovscout.com) is operated by EJJ Technology Solutions LLC, 204 37th Ave N, Saint Petersburg, FL 33704 ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. The service
GovScout aggregates publicly available government procurement information (primarily from SAM.gov and state/local portals) and provides tools to search, save, and manage pursuits. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of third-party data. Always verify deadlines and requirements against the official source before acting. GovScout is a research and organization tool, not a substitute for reading the solicitation.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Do not share accounts, scrape or bulk-export the service programmatically, attempt to circumvent plan limits, or use GovScout to store Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), classified information, or any data you are not authorized to place in a commercial cloud service. Team owners are responsible for the members they invite.
4. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe after any free trial. You may cancel at any time from your billing portal; service continues through the end of the paid period, then reverts to the free plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with 30 days' notice; existing subscribers keep their price for the notice period.
5. Your data
You own the content you enter (notes, contacts, pursuit details). We use it only to provide the service. You may export it (CSV) or request deletion at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, EJJ Technology Solutions LLC disclaims all warranties and is not liable for lost bids, missed deadlines, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
